I’ve been wanting to take my family camping for years, but never quite pulled it off (wanting is unfortunately a far step from actually planning and carrying out an activity!) Last weekend we finally pulled everything together and headed off into the mountains with some friends. We had a wonderful time–putting up a tent, playing in the stream, roasting hot dogs and marshmallows–and just enjoying being outside for 24 hours straight.
